Superfoods
Every day, humans need to eat 3 meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), but… do we
know what are we eating? Is it balanced? Is it healthy for our bodies? Well, in this essay,
I’m going to talk about one of my favorite dishes.
I’m going to talk about a food that I eat at lunch, this dish has meat, pasta, and
asparagus. I consider this a “superfood” because these 3 elements are in each
section from “The eat well plate”, except in the fruits section, but
you can also eat one after!
Now, I’m going to tell you why is healthy! The asparagus prevents
heart disease, helps the view, and… rejuvenating properties! The
meat is a protein source and gives you a lot of energy. And the
pasta has a lot of carbohydrates and proteins.
My conclusion is that “superfoods” are very healthy for our bodies
and also delicious. Humans need to eat all types of food to stay
healthy. We can also eat some “junk food” or some candy but not
in excess.
Humans need to eat healthily, exercise and have fun to have
a happy and healthy life!
